Proof of AI capability at work, open for anyone to check.
The Institute sets the standards, scores real work against published rubrics, and issues credentials that employers and agencies can verify for themselves. They're built for people who use AI in government and business.
AMCP-G is issued by the Institute for AI Workforce & Workspace Modernization and is not yet accredited by an independent accrediting body.
Every credential is signed
Each one has its own verification page and an Open Badges 3.0 file, with revocation status published.
Badges for the work, micro-credentials for the pair, certification for the whole skill set.
Each sprint badge is earned by work a certified reviewer scores. Two badges earn a micro-credential. The AMCP-G certification is earned by exam.

Scored on the work, not on attendance.
Sitting through a class earns nothing here. Every badge requires work from the holder's own job, scored by a certified reviewer against a published rubric.
A high bar, written down
Each submission is scored on a 24-point rubric. Passing takes 20 or more, no criterion below 2, and full marks on the criteria that carry the Critical Constraint Method™: Constraints, Stop Rules and Shut-off.
Scored by people
Certified reviewers score every submission. Any score below full marks comes with written feedback on what's missing and what full marks look like.
Mapped to federal guidance
Credentials map to the DOL Training and Employment Notice 07-25 AI Literacy Framework, OMB Memorandum M-25-21 and the AI Training Act (Public Law 117-207).

Check any credential in seconds. No phone calls.
- Ask the holder for their verification link. It's on their credential email and their badge.
- Open it to see the credential, the holder's name, the issue date, the expiry date and whether it's still valid.
- For systems that read badges, use the signed Open Badges 3.0 file on the same page.
Verification pages can be opened only from their link. They can't be searched by name, which protects holders' privacy. A revoked or expired credential shows its status on its page.
